Phase 1 of the Holkham Studios office development in the parkland of the Holkham Estate in North Norfolk has been successfully completed and is occupied by international jewellery designer.
This initial phase has received much acclaim and was awarded winner in the category of commercial property development for the 2015 RICS awards, East of England.
